The Director of Corporate Partnership Sales will report to the Chief Business Officer and will be responsible for generating revenue through the development, sale, and management of corporate partnerships for the Las Vegas Desert Dogs. This role will focus on prospecting, negotiating, and closing integrated sponsorship agreements including marketing partnerships, entitlement assets, hospitality, media, digital integrations, and in-arena activations.
The Director will build relationships with local, regional, and national brands while developing creative partnership solutions that align with partner objectives and drive measurable results for both the organization and its partners.
JOB DESCRIPTION - WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Generate new corporate partnership revenue through strategic prospecting and relationship development with local, regional, and national brands
Sell integrated partnership packages including but not limited to entitlement sponsorships, presenting partnerships, in-arena signage, digital and social media integrations, hospitality, suites, premium experiences, and community programming
Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual partnership revenue goals and activity KPIs (calls, meetings, proposals, and pipeline development)
Develop customized partnership proposals and creative activation concepts that align with partner marketing objectives
Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic prospecting
Conduct client meetings via phone, video call, and in-person presentations, including facility tours and in-arena presentations
Work closely with the Partnership Marketing & Activation team to ensure successful execution and fulfillment of all sponsorship agreements
Work all home games and major events to entertain corporate partners, manage relationships, and support in-season sales initiatives
Attend team, league, and community events to generate new business opportunities and strengthen partner relationships
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM reporting in Hubspot while providing regular sales forecasts and updates
Collaborate with internal departments including Ticketing, Marketing, Community Relations, and Game Presentation to maximize partner value and integrated campaigns
Support the development of new premium inventory, partnership platforms, and themed nights that drive incremental revenue
Assist with the planning and execution of corporate hospitality events, partner summits, and networking functions
Deliver best-in-class client service and relationship management to retain and grow existing partners
