SUMMARY
The Las Vegas Desert Dogs and San Diego Seals are members of the 14-team National Lacrosse League (NLL). Joe Tsai, a former lacrosse player and avid fan of the game, is the governor of both franchises. We are looking for a talented Director of Business Intelligence & Data Infrastructure to service both teams. Both teams play 9 home games in each market respectively (Las Vegas & San Diego) and have a team of sales executives selling tickets, sponsorship, marketing, merchandise, and camps & clinics. This position will work in a cross-departmental role to administer, maintain, and troubleshoot both teams CRM/Database and email automation campaigns, as well as build out strategies to contribute to the success of the sales team to increase ticket sales revenue.

- 6 – 8 Years of Experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field. Master’s Degree Preferred.
- High-Level proficiency in Hubspot/CRM, Tableau Dashboards/SQL, Email Automation execution; Agilitek FDP experience a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION - WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Collaborate with Ticketing/Sales teams to design and implement efficient database structures, workflows and segmentation to optimize use by Sales Representatives.
- Manage, monitor and problem-solve automated sales pipelines, lead scoring campaigns and lead acquisition forms within Hubspot.
- Work with Marketing Team to build out Customer Sales Journey and Automated Email Nurture Campaigns.
- Work with Ticket Sales/Marketing to build segmented lists and targets for outbound messaging.
- Work on database design to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, data cleanliness and integrity.
- Ability to monitor and optimize Hubspot database configuration including troubleshooting and resolving performance issues.
- Manage incoming ticket data flow to ensure AXS ticket sales data is properly ingested into the system and captured in daily reporting structures.
- Manage lead acquisition data flow and problem-solve when issues arise.
- Build and execute daily reports dashboards within Hubspot and Tableau.
- Manage all third-Party Integrations with CRM/Hubspot that include shopify and other third party data.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose user and database errors.
- Train new employees on the proper use of Hubspot and create a training manual and structure for new employees.
CANDIDATE PROFILE – WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or related field. Master’s Degree Preferred.
- High-Level proficiency in Hubspot/CRM and Email Automation execution;
- Proficiency in Building Tableau Dashboards.
- Proficiency with SQL queries, AWS data warehouse structures.
- Knowledge of Ticketing Operations and Sales data a plus.
- Experience with AXS Ticketing Operations a plus.
- Experience in Live Events, Sports a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Database Development, coding and SQL programming a plus.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and lead to close workflows.
Travel Requirements: Required to travel on some occasions (<25% travel); trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights in San Diego.
Work Environment: This role is based in Las Vegas at the Las Vegas HQ office with travel to the San Diego Office on a monthly basis.
