Position Overview
The National Lacrosse League (NLL), North America's premier professional lacrosse league is seeking a Coordinator, Digital Content reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations. This individual will play a key role in bringing the NLL brand to life across digital platforms. The coordinator will assist with day-to-day social media monitoring, contribute to creative development, assist with website updates, and help execute league-wide digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Digital Media
- Assist in managing daily content and publishing across NLL digital channels (Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, NLL.com etc.).
- Engage with fans, players, and partners through timely, on-brand responses and interactions.
- Assist with live game coverage, including posting real-time highlights, score updates, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Video Editing ·
- Produce, edit and deliver videos for NLL digital channels, including highlights, hype reels, and story content. ·
- Monitor trends, pop culture moments, and related lacrosse news to create reactive, relevant content.
- Create promotional materials for all NLL brands and grassroots programming
- Create quick-turn video clips for in-game and post-game publishing. ·
- Assist in organizing and managing video assets for internal and external use.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Experience
- 1-3+ years’ experience in digital media and/or video production
[Travel to games, sales meetings or other league events and/or extended hours may be required.]
The NLL offers company paid medical insurance and participation in 401k. This position can work remotely; however, the organization may return to an in-person office environment in the future.
