JOB SUMMARY:
Join the Pack: Vice President Ticket Sales – Albany FireWolves
Are you ready to lead the charge and ignite the Capital Region's sports scene? This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to be a cornerstone of a rising franchise, make a mark in the community, and help shape the future of live sports entertainment in Albany.
As our Vice President of Ticket Sales, you’ll be at the forefront of our ticketing strategy—developing high-impact programs, mentoring a team, and rolling up your sleeves to drive results. You'll lead and execute sales strategies across all ticketing products including season tickets, group sales, partial plans, and premium packages. You’ll be responsible for utilizing platforms like Ticketmaster and FEVO to manage inventory, generate reports, and optimize campaigns. This role also requires a strong presence in the community—you’ll make outbound sales calls, set up face-to-face meetings, and actively engage at local events to build meaningful relationships and drive sales.
In this full-time position, you’ll report directly to the President & CEO and play a critical role in shaping our sales vision and fan engagement strategy. You will be expected to work all FireWolves home games, team-related events, and other community activations, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of proven success in ticket sales within the sports industry, who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You should have a strong command of Ticketmaster and FEVO, with the ability to generate and interpret sales reports to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills are a must, and you should feel just as comfortable closing deals on the phone as you do presenting in person.
Joining the Albany FireWolves means being part of a passionate, forward-thinking organization with big ambitions. You'll be surrounded by a team that’s competitive, supportive, and hungry to win—both on the field and in the stands. If you’re ready to make an impact, build something special, and lead with purpose, we want you on our team. Apply now and help us pack MVP Arena with the loudest, proudest fans in lacrosse.
