Georgia Swarm Fan Engagement Intern
Season: Fall 2026
What kind of candidate are we looking for:
- Energetic and task oriented
- Hardworking individual with a positive attitude
- Team player with great communication skills
- Committed individual willing to go the extra mile
- Goal-oriented personality
Primary Duties:
- Interact with fans at on and off-site events to promote the Georgia Swarm brand
- Lead data collection efforts at community events
- Getting Georgia Swarm fans (old and new) excited and involved by means of crowd interaction and verbal communication
- Stay up to date about what is going on within the Georgia Swarm season
- Ensure that fans are enjoying themselves and do your best to make sure every fan leaves our events with a good impression of the Georgia Swarm
- Assist in community event promotional item giveaways before, during, and after the events
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work select weekends and some weekdays as needed
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Able to work in inclement weather
- Comfortable engaging with fans
- Ability to handle little guidance or specific direction depending given tasks
- Willing to learn about Professional Indoor Lacrosse and the NLL
- Have a great attitude and be excited to be a part of the Georgia Swarm staff!
- Must be able to commit to a full fall schedule
- Applicants will need to be available September - November
