Reports to: Senior Director of Ticket Sales & Service
Compensation: Base Salary: $20/hour ($41,600 annually based on 40-hour work week) Commission: 10% on all personal sales (uncapped) Target Total Compensation: $60,000–$80,000+ based on performance. This position is non-exempt and requires in-office presence.

The Opportunity
The Inside Ticket Sales Associate is responsible for generating new revenue through season tickets, group sales, specialty ticket programs, and contracted B2B and B2C partnerships. This is a high-activity, high-accountability sales role focused on outbound prospecting, closing new business, and driving renewals.

Your success will be measured by:
  • Revenue generated
  • Activity metrics (calls, emails, appointments set)
  • Pipeline growth and CRM discipline
  • Retention and client satisfaction

Performance Expectations
  • Execute 45+ outbound calls and 55+ personalized emails daily
  • Set qualified appointments weekly
  • Close new season ticket and group business monthly
  • Meet or exceed annual new revenue and renewal goals
  • Maintain accurate and disciplined CRM reporting
  • Deliver exceptional in-venue experiences to strengthen renewals and referrals
You are expected to proactively build your book of business — not wait for leads.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
  • Complete onboarding and product training within 30 days
  • Build an active pipeline valued at 3–5x monthly quota
  • Close first new revenue within 30 days
  • Consistently hit daily activity standards
  • Demonstrate strong game-night presence and client interaction

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new season, group, and specialty ticket sales
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored ticket solutions
  • Generate referrals and repeat business
  • Execute proactive touchpoints throughout the year (calls, emails, in-person meetings, game-day interactions)
  • Create memorable client experiences that drive high Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and forecasting reports
  • Represent the organization at games, community events, and networking functions
  • Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
