About the Position
Reporting to the Head of Ticket Sales, the Account Executive will be a founding member of MLV LA’s ticket sales team and will play a direct role in building our fan base and ticket revenue from day one. This is a high-energy, outbound sales role focused on selling season memberships, premium seating, group experiences and other ticket products to individuals, businesses, youth volleyball organizations, schools and community groups throughout Los Angeles. Because we are building a new franchise, you will do more than work an established lead list: you will help create the prospecting playbook, identify new audiences, test sales approaches, build our database and establish the standards for how MLV LA sells and serves its fans. Success requires a competitive seller, disciplined prospector and relationship builder who is energized by creating something new.
