Indy Ignite is seeking a motivated and innovative sales leader to oversee all ticket sales and service efforts as we continue building one of the fastest-growing brands in women’s sports. This role will lead revenue generation across both B2C and B2B ticketing efforts including season tickets, group sales, premium hospitality, and retention initiatives while developing and supporting a young, passionate, and highly coachable sales team.
We are looking for someone who is competitive, goal-oriented, and passionate about building strong sales culture through coaching, accountability, and leadership. The ideal candidate enjoys developing people and helping teams achieve ambitious revenue goals in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
This position reports directly to the President of Indy Ignite and serves as a key member of the organization’s leadership team. This is a full-time position based in Fishers, Indiana with games played at the Fishers Event Center

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all season ticket, group sales, premium, and retention efforts to achieve revenue and attendance goals
- Train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Manage sales processes, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
- Foster a positive and accountable sales culture focused on growth and development
- Personally contribute to revenue generation through strategic sales efforts and relationship building
- Develop innovative strategies to drive new business
- Lead season ticket member retention and engagement strategy
- Participate in networking events to build relationships and generate new business opportunities
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in ticket sales, sports, entertainment, and/or related sales leadership roles
- Proven experience leading and developing sales teams
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Experience managing a team, pipelines, reporting, and CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Archtics, or related platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Passion for sports, live entertainment, and fan engagement
Preferred Background
- Experience in emerging leagues, minor league sports, college athletics, or other highly outbound sales environments
- Interest in women’s sports and volleyball is a plus
Time Commitment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and game days as needed
