The Seattle Seawolves are seeking a driven, service-minded, and community-focused individual to join our team as Account Manager, Ticketing, Service & Activations. Reporting to the Manager of Ticket Sales, this role is responsible for selling ticket products, activating matchday experience packages, and delivering championship-level service to our Season Ticket Members, partners, and fans. This position plays a key role in shaping the Seawolves fan experience and supporting the continued growth of professional rugby in Seattle.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through season tickets, partial plans, group sales, and matchday experience packages.
- Prospect and identify customer needs through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, networking, and community engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Season Ticket Members, group leaders, businesses, and community organizations.
- Lead group sales activations and support matchday operations, including will-call, VIP areas, Fan Zone activations, and partner signage setup.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving ticketing issues, and executing proactive touchpoint programs.
- Plan and execute member benefits, including events, exclusive item deliveries, and recognition opportunities.
- Collaborate across departments and with external partners to ensure a smooth, high‑quality matchday experience.
- Represent the Seawolves at community events, school programs, and partner activations to grow brand presence.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Post‑secondary degree in business, sports management, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of sales or service experience, ideally in sports or entertainment.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals with strong relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly motivated, team‑first mindset with professionalism, accountability, and resilience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and take initiative with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting 50+ lbs., standing for extended periods) when needed.
- Available to work all home matches, evenings, weekends, and select community events.
- Passion for rugby or interest in learning the sport is a plus.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills; self‑starter with attention to detail.
- Commitment to client satisfaction and delivering a premium fan experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and ticketing platforms (Ticketmaster/Archtics, Paciolan) preferred.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a team environment.
- Must be able to work on‑site.
Compensation
- Hourly Range: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience.
- Hours: 40–50 hours per week during the season.
