Job Summary
LOVB Nebraska is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ticketing Operations Manager to oversee all ticketing systems, processes, and operational execution. This role will ensure the smooth functioning of ticketing platforms, inventory management, reporting, and event-day operations.

Working closely with the Director of Ticketing Sales and cross-functional teams, this individual will play a key role in building the operational foundation of the ticketing department in a startup environment. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing ticketing data analytics and effectively communicating insights across departments to help inform decision-making, support strategic initiatives, and drive the overall growth of LOVB Nebraska.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Manage all ticketing systems, including Ticketmaster, Archtics, and CRM platforms.
● Maintain ticket inventory, scaling, holds, and event builds across all venues.
● Work closely with venues and their staff to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
● Ensure accuracy and integrity of ticketing data, reporting, and system configurations.
● Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and event-based sales and attendance reports.
● Analyze ticketing data and trends to provide actionable insights, and communicate findings with internal departments to support strategic initiatives and organizational growth.
● Support pricing and on-sale execution, including promotions, discounts, and special offers.
● Coordinate with league partners and venues on ticketing system requirements and compliance.
● Serve as the primary liaison for ticketing operations on event days, ensuring smooth execution.
● Support internal teams with ticket allocations, fulfillment, and troubleshooting.
● Take a leadership role in CRM implementation and data tracking to support fan engagement strategies.
● Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, partnerships, operations, and leadership) to ensure alignment and effective use of ticketing data across the organization.
● Develop and document processes and best practices for ticketing operations in a startup environment.

Education and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree required.

● 3+ years of experience in ticketing operations, box office management, or related field.
● Experience with Ticketmaster and Archtics required.
● Experience supporting live events or sports organizations preferred.
