Position Title: Temporary Sales Associate

Main Functions
- Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide recommendations or product demonstrations to facilitate sales.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, current promotions, and pricing to answer customer queries confidently.
- Build positive relationships with athletes, spectators, and event participants through professional and engaging service.
Duties (Include but Not Limited To)
- Stocking the sales floor and general store maintenance
- Greeting customers and assisting them with their various needs and questions
- Maintaining visual presentation of the store by sizing, folding and completing other tasks
- Assisting customers in swim, bike, run sections
- Drive sales by actively engaging customers, recommending products, and upselling merchandise based on athlete needs.
Available Shifts Being Hired For: **HOURS SUBJECT TO CHANGE**
- Wednesday, June 3, 2026
- Virtual Training ~2 hours
- Friday, June 12, 2026
- 12:30pm - 7:00pm
- Saturday, June 13, 2026
- 8:30AM - 4:00PM
- Sunday, June 14, 2026
- 8:00AM - 4:00PM
Employment Requirements
- Outgoing and friendly.
- Hard working with the ability to take direction from management.
- Retail experience.
- Upon hire all staff must complete the required Paylocity onboarding and background check.
- Individuals must be of legal working age.
- This is an active working environment—Employees will be expected to bend and reach, lift heavy boxes, and withstand being on their feet all day.
- Appropriate breaks and lunches will be given depending upon the length of the shift.
