Requirements
This high-impact role sits at the crossroads of analytics, strategy, and storytelling. As a key member of the North America Finance team, you will be responsible for expense planning and forecasting for the region, ensuring spending is aligned with strategic priorities and operational needs. You will also play a central role in communicating financial insights with clarity and impact, enabling senior leadership to make fast, informed decisions. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams and global finance, you’ll bridge regional performance with global objectives, drive business visibility, and shape strategic choices in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
· Lead expense management efforts by monitoring trends, analyzing drivers, and partnering with regional leaders to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
· Communicate effectively with regional leaders and cross-functional teams, delivering clear insights, actionable recommendations, and timely updates to support alignment and decision-making.
· Act as a trusted partner to regional leaders through ongoing collaboration and relationship management, ensuring priorities and strategies are well-connected across the North America organization.
· Leverage innovative and strategic thinking to identify emerging opportunities, anticipate risks, and provide data-driven solutions that influence financial and business outcomes.
· Interpret complex financial data and deliver clear narratives and recommendations, supporting senior leadership with the information needed to drive performance.
· Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the North America Finance team.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
· Minimum 3 years in FP&A or a related finance role, with experience in an operational or events management industry a plus
· Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
· Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, set priorities, and consistently deliver results
· Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align and drive decisions across diverse audiences
· Proven ability to present complex financial information to both senior management and non-financial partners
· Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver quick wins, simplify complex problems, and create value without overengineering
· Experience with Power BI a plus
· Experience in a global organization and familiarity with international financial processes a plus.
· Collaborative and team-oriented, with a proven ability to build strong relationships, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
