Position Profile: Customer Service and Ticket Sales Representative
Department: Ticketing
Reports to: Director, Ticketing and Customer Service
Status: Seasonal, Hourly (Beginning July 2026 through November 2026)
The Breeders’ Cup is looking for an energetic and self-motivated seasonal Customer Service and Ticket Sales Representative to assist the ticketing team. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with exceptional multitasking and communication skills to assist with selling ticket packages in preparation for the 2026 Breeders' Cup World Championship taking place at Keeneland Racetrack in Lexington, Kentucky on October 30th and 31st. A successful candidate will have the ability to work in a team environment and effectively influence and communicate with patrons.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle a heavy volume of outbound and inbound phone calls and emails
- Execute sales calls to potential customers through cold calling, prospecting and referrals from current customers
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Able to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Handles payment transactions in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
- Assist with any administrative ticket functions
Qualifications:
- Experience with ticket sales and CRM platforms is beneficial
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and customer service
