The DC Breeze are seeking a mascot performer for the 2026 season. The mascot performer will provide memorable experiences to DC Breeze fans at each home game and at community events across the DMV when opportunities present. Mascot Performer will receive a per-game stipend (amount based on prior experience.)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Participate in pre-game, in-game and post-game entertainment, including gameday promotions and activations.
- Sign autographs and take photos with fans.
- Maintain an energetic and engaging personality with good interpersonal communication skills.
- Consistently come up with new ideas for in-stadium entertainment, including fan interaction, skits etc.
- Represent the DC Breeze at various outside events across the DMV area, including (but not limited to) watch parties, partner appearances, festivals, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be located in the DMV.
- There is no guaranteed number of hours per week, scheduling is set on an as-needed event/game basis.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to excite, engage and entertain a crowd.
- Available for DC Breeze home games at Catholic University's Carlini Field:
- 5/3, 5pm vs Montreal
- 5/15, 7pm vs Colorado
- 5/23, 7pm vs New York
- 6/5, 7pm vs Carolina
- 6/13, 7pm vs Boston
- 7/11, 7pm vs Phialdelphia
- Primarily outdoor work with some exposure to adverse conditions at home games.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays in support of games and events.
