They will work closely with the various departments within USAW, but especially the Events & Sponsorships and Coaching Development departments, to run campaigns that support USAW’s primary value propositions: 1) competing in the sport of weightlifting, and 2) access to weightlifting/strength sport education. • Track campaign performance data, report results, and adjust campaigns based on what the data shows.

  • Investigate how AI search engine use can be leveraged by USAW. Explore how we get USAW offerings to appear more frequently in AI-search results.

  • Occasionally capture and edit content to be used for marketing needs and campaign use. We’re not looking for someone who has top-end professional photo/video expertise, and we do maintain a budget to contract out some photo and video work, but a working knowledge of basic camera controls and editing software (Adobe suite and/or CapCut) is preferred.
