Position Summary 
 The Corporate Partnerships Senior Coordinator provides activation support for corporate partners and/or other organizational priorities. They also support the day-to-day initiatives of the Business Development department with a focus on servicing partnership accounts and tracking contractual deliverables. Additional responsibilities include assistance with supporting USA Triathlon initiatives, such as national championships and other programmatic initiatives, as assigned. 
 FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Pay Range: $46,500 – 50,000
Reports To: Corporate Partnerships Senior Manager

General Duties and Responsibilities
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple partnership accounts, executing all partnership assets and building relationships with brands
  •  Ensure fulfillment of contractual partnership obligations for both deliverables owed, and benefits received including programmatic integrations across departments
  • Maximize defined and potential activation opportunities for all corporate partners
  • Facilitate renewals for assigned partnership accounts 
  • Generate annual reports including asset calendars and year-end recaps for partners
  • Solicit, test, and facilitate deployment of partnership assets
  •  Manage select internal processes for partnership execution such as partnership e-communications and virtual goodie bags
  • Oversee USAT Store merchandise program with third-party merchandiser including product ideation, communication strategy, and production timelines
  • Lead all partnership activations at USA Triathlon-owned events including but not limited to managing expos, entertaining partners, and facilitating branding of event
  •  Execute media buy contract deliverables as assigned
  • Assist with all internal procurement needs sourced from partner accounts 
  • Other job-related duties as assigned
 
Supervisory Responsibilities   
  •  Once established, opportunity to oversee department intern including hiring, onboard, and workflow as mutually agreed upon with supervisor  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team atmosphere, including effective coordination with other business units
  • Scrupulous attention to detail with software proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • A positive, team-spirited attitude with a strong ability to collaborate, work independently and exceed expectations
 
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree required; or a combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully execute job duties
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sports administration, or a similar field preferred
  • Two to four years’ experience in the sports marketing field or project management
  • Experience within, or knowledge of, the multisport or endurance industries is preferred
  • Previous experience working with Marketo or other CRM systems is preferred
 
Other
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and work actively at events
  • This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO and the incumbent is expected to work at headquarters at least 3 days per week
  • About 15% travel and nights/weekend work required
