Job Summary
The Coordinator, Partnership Marketing supports the execution of partnership initiatives through logistics coordination, deliverable tracking, and administrative support across corporate partner accounts. This role ensures accurate execution of contractual obligations and provides operational support to the Manager and Director levels of the Partnership Marketing team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage and track partner deliverables across all accounts, ensuring deadlines and obligations are met.
  • Support event logistics including ticketing, hospitality, credentials, and on-site activations.
  • Maintain internal tracking systems, pipeline sales data, and sales/partner documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of partner recaps, performance reports, and presentation materials.
  • Support development of sales presentations, proposals, and renewal materials.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication across departments to support partner execution.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for partnership programs and initiatives.
Other Duties:
  • Travel and support on-site event execution for partner activations, as needed.
  • Assist in inventory tracking for tickets, hospitality, and partner assets.
  • Provide general support to Partnership Marketing team, as assigned.
  • Partner with others across the organization to meet various needs.
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to provide exceptional, timely and efficient customer service. 
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • High-level organization and a strong attention-to-detail. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and function well in a high-paced environment.

  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sports management, business or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sports, events, or administrative support role required.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a customer service type of role.
  • Internship or exposure to sports, sponsorship, or events preferred.
  • Understanding or experience of National Governing Bodies (NGB’s) structures, roles, and objectives in relation to the Olympic Movement and athlete relations. 
  • Experience working in the sports industry preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to travel, both domestically and internationally, up to 10% of the year.
  • Must be able to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
  • This position works in an office setting in the USA Swimming headquarters office in Colorado Springs, CO; must be willing to relocate to Colorado Springs, CO, or the surrounding area.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 per hour. This position is eligible for overtime. 
  • Bonus Eligibility: Based on company performance, this position may be eligible for an annual target bonus of 5%
