About the Role
USA Diving is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in content creation and branding within the professional sports world. You will work closely with our marketing, communications and events teams to support the production of social media content that engages audiences and elevates our brand.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the content ideation, creation and posting across USA Diving social media accounts.
- Support the team in developing and maintaining tone and brand consistency across all accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
- Stay up to date with design trends and suggest new ideas to enhance our online presence.
- Organize and maintain files and resources.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and Canva preferred.
- Previous experience working with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work within a remote team environment.
- Must be able to receive college credit for this internship.
