Position Summary 
USA Cycling is looking for a Senior Manager of Sponsorship to help fulfill sponsor contracts and manage sponsor relationships. This role ensures sponsorship agreements are executed effectively while delivering value to partners and supporting revenue growth and brand visibility for USA Cycling. 
What You’ll Do

  • Lead execution of sponsorship fulfillment strategy across all platforms 
  • Develop creative activation concepts that elevate partner visibility beyond standard assets 
  • Ensure all sponsor deliverables are executed on time, on brand, and according to contract 
  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of 25+ partners 
  • Establish and manage consistent communication cadence including weekly, monthly, and quarterly check-ins 
  • Provide performance reporting and insights aligned with sponsor KPIs 
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen renewals and expand partnerships 
  • Oversee development and execution of sponsorship related marketing assets including press releases, email campaigns, paid and organic social, sponsored content, event activations, signage, and website integrations 
  • Maintain an organized sponsorship calendar to track all deliverables and timelines 
  • Manage sponsor presence and activations at select National Championships and key events 
  • Oversee vendor and expo logistics to ensure positive sponsor experiences 
  • Manage sponsorship fulfillment budget including forecasting and reconciliation 
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports to leadership 
  • Continuously improve internal processes to increase efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and at least four years’ experience developing and managing partnership programs; or equivalent combination of education and experience.   
  • Language Ability: Read, analyze, and interpret business, professional, marketing, or technical documents. Write reports, business correspondence, press releases, marketing materials, and website copy. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, partners, and the public.  
  • Mathematical Ability: Basic arithmetic, percentages, budgeting, and forecasting. Effectively build, read, and interpret budgets and manage basic invoicing procedures.  
  • Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.  
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office; Budgeting software; CRM software; Craft; Asana; Meltwater; Canva; Adobe Creative Suite 
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience in sport, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations. 
  • Familiarity with Olympic & Paralympic sport, national governing bodies, or athlete-centered environments. 
  • Advanced degree or relevant professional certification.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements 
  • This is a remote position. 
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods. 
  • Occasional travel may be required (15-20%) 
  • Occasional weekend or holiday work may be required. 
Compensation & Benefits 
Salary Range 
$65,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
