The 2026 Spring US Youth Soccer Operations and Events Internship is a paid position based in Dallas, TX that is responsible for assisting with the administration and execution of the 2026 US Youth Soccer Spring events. This internship was created to provide candidates with hands on experience into the youth sports world. Interns will receive a vast array of experience in all aspects of event management. 

Internship start/end dates is flexible in January  - Mid May. 

  • Provide support in the planning and execution of US Youth Soccer Spring events (including but not limited to our National League, ODP, and US Youth Soccer Workshop). 
  • Assist Operations and Events department with packing, shipping, and receiving of event crates, assisting with match scheduling, and liaison to state representatives, committee members, teams, and referees.
  • Event travel is required in January. Work travel related expenses are covered by US Youth Soccer (meals/flights/lodging). 
   
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excel in managing multiple projects concurrently with strong detail, problem solving and follow-through.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds at US Youth Soccer events.
  • Prior work experience with youth soccer or other youth sports administration is desirable.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast paced, team environment.
