Jr. Account Manager
CLASSIFICATION: Full time
FLSA: Exempt
REPORTS TO: Sr. Account Manager
LOCATION: Park City, Utah
TRAVEL: None
TOTAL COMPENSATION: $50,000-$53,000, 3% annual bonus potential

SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
Experienced partnerships professional with a focus on supplier and licensee account management. Skilled in executing contract deliverables, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and supporting operational needs across travel, uniforms, and VIK assets. Proven ability to lead special projects, manage digital partner visibility, and enhance engagement across staff and membership audiences.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Management
- Activate on accounts as a key member of the partnerships team, with a focus on suppliers and licensees
- Own the relationship with suppliers and licensees, and execute on contract deliverables
- Work cross-functionally with various teams including Communications, Content, Athletics, and more, to deliver best-in-class accounts servicing
- Manage Value in Kind:
- Support acquisition, delivery, internal requests, and distribution of partnership assets
- Support the coordination and distribution of Team Uniforms
- Support the coordination and administrative upkeep (domestic and international) of fleet vehicles
- Manage travel partners/agencies, providing support to USSS staff and athletes for domestic and international travel
- Lead on special projects/initiatives to drive engagement with suppliers and licensees, staff appreciation, and more
- Take ownership of partner benefits to staff and USSS membership holders
- Manage partnership presence on USSS websites and digital portals
- Ensure partner logos, links, and more are up to date on public facing portals
- Ensure partner logos, links, and offers on the USSS Membership Portal are up to date

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- The candidate will need the ability to work at the Center of Excellence for 60% of the time and may elect to work up to 40% from home or other locations
- This position requires a minimum of 40 hours a week (generally 9am-5pm daily) Monday-Friday
- Long periods of time using computers to maintain work – up to 8 hours/day sitting/standing at desk
- Periods of time moving boxes, unpacking, processing, picking and shipping of merchandise to distribution areas
- Able to carry heavy items up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and over 50 lbs. assisted
- Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and maneuvering in all outside environments and within merchandise trailer
COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years relevant work experience (account management, agency setting, customer service)
- Interest in sports industry, good understanding of winter sports a plus
- Adaptable to evolving priorities
- Strong written, verbal, and time management skills
- Proficiency in G-suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
