REPORTS TO Assistant Director, Partner Events & Hospitality
LOCATION Park City, UT
TRAVEL Minimal, (~10%, occasional support as needed)

U.S. Ski & Snowboard is seeking an Intern, Partner Events & Hospitality. This is a part-time position. For inquiries or help with your application, please email [email protected].
SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
The Intern, Revenue Events & Hospitality provides administrative and operational support to the Events & Hospitality team. This role focuses on behind-the-scenes preparation that helps ensure events are organized, accurate, and ready for execution.
Primary responsibilities include preparing name badges and print materials, supporting guest list administration, organizing event documentation, and assisting with the implementation of planning and project management software. The Intern will also support post-event organization efforts, including photo organization and the creation of post-event summaries and lookbooks.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to event operations while developing skills in organization, logistics, systems management, and administrative coordination. The Intern will support several key programs throughout the year, including Board of Trustees Meetings, Champions Club, Partner Summit, World Cup Hospitality, and additional partner and donor events.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative & Event Preparation Support
(Primary Focus Area)
· Prepare name badges, place cards, table signage, and credential materials
· Organize and maintain digital event files and shared folders
· Support guest list updates and maintain organized tracking spreadsheets
· Help maintain standardized templates for event materials
· Provide general administrative support to the Events & Hospitality team
Project Management Software Implementation
(Primary Focus Area)
· Assist the Events team in implementing and maintaining a planning and project management software
· Assist with entering tasks, deadlines, and project details
· Help maintain templates and standardized workflows
· Assist with documenting procedures and creating simple user guides
Event Logistics & Inventory Support
· Assist with assembling welcome packets and credential kits
· Help prepare supplies and materials for upcoming events
· Assist with light inventory counts and organization
Post-Event & Content Organization Support
· Assist with organizing and labeling event photography
· Upload and sort event photos into designated folders
· Support creation of post-event summaries and reports
· Assist with formatting post-event lookbooks and recap materials
· Support development of reusable templates for post-event documentation
On-Site Event Support (As Needed)
· Assist with setup of registration materials and signage
· Support distribution of name badges and printed materials
· Assist with packing materials following events
· Provide general administrative support during events
Special Projects
· Assist with special projects as assigned by the Senior Manager, Revenue Events & Hospitality
· Support new process development and documentation
· Assist with research, organization, and administrative initiatives
· Provide support for seasonal projects and department needs

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Work a minimum of 15 hours per week
· Work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
· Occasional travel to domestic event locations
o New York Gold Medal Gala | October 20-23, 2026
o Vail Board of Trustees Meetings | December 3-6, 2026 & December 10-13, 2026
o Sun Valley Board of Trustees Meetings | March 18-21, 2026
· Ability to lift 25+ pounds
· Ability to stand and move for extended periods during events
· Maintain a valid driver’s license
COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
Preferred:
- Internship or part-time experience supporting events
- Experience using event apps or registration platforms
- Interest in sports, hospitality, or nonprofit events
