SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
We are looking for an organized Content Marketing Manager to work within the Content and Creative team in an effort to improve the reach of our media assets across social platforms, develop a stronger presence on YouTube and organize incoming media throughout the season and beyond.
This role requires technical expertise, strong organization skills, and the ability to create compelling digital content. Experience in the media industry is required for consideration.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or other related accreditation to an arts college or university
- 3-5 years of media industry experience
- Relevant experience in digital media: photo, video, creative development and asset management
- High energy, adaptable, and positive attitude
- Willing to work weekends and unconventional hours
- Knowledge and passion of skiing and snowboarding is preferred
Responsibilities
- Clip and reformat video assets delivered from various sources and utilize a third-party social asset sharing platform to distribute event content across all athletes, teams, internal departments, and external partners.
- YouTube – Support our Head of Content & Creative in the programming and development of our Youtube Channel focusing on more consistent content programming, improved key art, video description and audience development.
- Editing and creation of digital media content for use on U.S. Ski & Snowboard owned and operated platforms.
- Organize media – organizing incoming photo and video assets including adding meta data and file structuring on internal servers and external storage platforms.
- Optimize workflows for sharing, distributing, and utilizing photo and video assets across different departments and platforms.
- Content creation – development, creation, publishing and understanding of audience consumption for digital media using Adobe Creative Cloud to ingest and work with various file types.
- Collaboration with the Content & Creative Team, working closely with our Coordinator on overall asset organization.
- Grow the reach of our media assets across platforms and athlete socials.
