POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is centered around delivering exceptional service to Charlotte Checkers and Charlotte Crown season ticket holders (STHs) — managing communication, resolving account needs, and building long-term relationships that drive renewals and referrals. The role also supports broader fan engagement and game day execution, with an emphasis on creating a seamless, high-touch experience that reinforces STH value and loyalty throughout the season.

SEASON TICKET HOLDER SERVICING

•      Serve as a primary point of contact for season ticket holders — promptly and professionally handling calls, emails, and texts related to account questions, requests, and concerns
•      Support the VP of Ticket Sales with day-to-day STH account management, order fulfillment, and issue resolution
•      Coordinate all season ticket holder communications, including mass email and text campaigns, renewal reminders, Text to Win contests, and game day/parking information
•      Plan and help execute exclusive STH events, appreciation initiatives, and experiences designed to enhance perceived value and strengthen retention
•      Sell new full and partial season ticket plans, delivering account management and customer care at the highest standard
•      Conduct proactive outreach and check-ins with STHs to gather feedback, identify at-risk accounts, and surface opportunities to deepen engagement
•      Support assessments and surveys to capture STH feedback and help implement improvements based on findings

GAME DAY & FAN EXPERIENCE SUPPORT

•      Ensure exceptional, STH-first game day experiences, including seamless fulfillment of season ticket package items and benefits
•      Lead and mentor game night staff/interns to ensure efficient, consistent execution of package distribution and STH-related arena setup
•      Handle single-game ticket sales and general fan servicing as needed, without detracting from STH priority service
•      Collaborate with the creative team on communications (email, graphics, video) that reinforce STH benefits and drive renewal-focused engagement
•      Support promotional and theme night package initiatives, with a focus on converting attendees into season or partial plan holders
•      Stay current on best practices in ticket servicing, CRM communication, and season ticket holder retention strategy

QUALIFICATIONS

•      Strong, confident communication skills, including clear and effective writing
•      Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail and follow-through on account-level details
•      A service-first mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships with ticket holders
•      Ability to work irregular/extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
