WME is hiring a Vice President to take full ownership of our Enterprise Finance Platform and evolve our ERP ecosystem, including SAP, into a modern, intelligent engine that strengthens how capital flows through the company.
This is not an SAP operations role. It is a platform leadership mandate with full responsibility for strategy, architecture, and technical execution.
This is a hands-on role with enterprise-level impact. We’re rebuilding the financial operating system of WME. Close cycles. Working capital. Revenue integrity. Automation. We’re redesigning the platform that drives all of it.
Why This Role Matters:This platform is central to how WME operates. It is not a side initiative or a technical clean-up. It is a long-term strategic priority with executive sponsorship and meaningful investment behind it.
The leader in this role will have real authority to shape architecture, operating model, and team composition. The mandate is to build a durable, modern finance platform that strengthens how capital flows through the business and scales with the company over the next decade.
This is a rare opportunity to build something foundational inside a complex, high-velocity enterprise and see the impact of those decisions in real time.
Define and execute the multi-year strategy for WME’s Enterprise Finance Platform, owning both roadmap and technical delivery
Modernize legacy workflows and simplify structural complexity by embedding AI and automation where they materially improve performance
Build and lead the engineering organization, setting clear standards for architecture, integrations, and data design
Treat Finance operators as customers by mapping workflows, instrumenting friction, and prioritizing improvements based on measurable user and business impact
Deliver structural business outcomes: shorter close cycles, reduced manual workflows and support tickets, increased automation, stronger revenue integrity, improved working capital visibility, and systems that scale without linear headcount growth
Ensure platform stability, security, and regulatory compliance across global operations
Own enterprise platform budget and technology investment decisions
Lead change management and adoption across global finance teams
Align senior business, finance, and technology stakeholders around clear priorities and measurable outcomes
10+ years leading enterprise-scale SAP or ERP environments
Deep technical understanding of SAP ECC and related platforms, including BW, BPC, SLT, GRC, and Concur
Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance process integration across RTR, PTP, and OTC
Experience modernizing complex SAP landscapes, including upgrades, cloud migrations, integration redesign, or S/4 readiness
Hands-on leadership of global functional and technical teams
Experience managing enterprise budgets and optimizing vendor and SI spend
Solid understanding of SDLC, ITSM, enterprise integration patterns, and SOX and ITGC control environments
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide decisions through structured, data-driven analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
MBA or advanced degree is valued but not required
