WME is seeking a Contract-based Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team at WME, supporting high-impact hiring across our Technology organization. This role will partner closely with senior leaders, including VP-level stakeholders, to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts for critical technical functions. This role reports to the Director of Recruiting.

This is a highly visible opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments and can operate with a high degree of ownership, judgment, and stakeholder influence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of technical roles (e.g., software engineering, infrastructure, IT, data, and product)
  • Partner directly with senior stakeholders to intake, calibrate, and refine hiring strategies
  • Build and manage robust candidate pipelines, leveraging proactive sourcing, referrals, and market mapping
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, Recruiting Ops, and leadership to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Help bring structure and clarity to recruiting processes in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Support organizational initiatives in partnership with HR as needed, including:
    • Updating and refining job descriptions across the tech organization
    • Assisting with role leveling and scope alignment

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in-house within a complex or high-growth organization
  • Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related recruiting technologies), including pipeline management, and candidate tracking best practices
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
  • Strong experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles (engineering, infrastructure, enterprise systems, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and operate independently
  • Excellent communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-demand environments (media/entertainment experience is a plus)

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$78,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$104,000 annually
