The Role & What You’ll Do:

IMG Talent is seeking an experienced person to join our talent management team, to manage a portfolio of leading Digital & Multi-Hyphenate Talent. A background working with talent and brands in the luxury, fashion, beauty, & lifestyle industries is a must for this role.

The main functions of this position are to direct, procure, service and enhance all aspects of appointed talent’s affairs, including strategic career management, procurement of opportunities including endorsements, media/ entertainment roles, business ventures, appearances, publicity & brand curation, in addition to developing other commercial opportunities for the talent business unit and wider organisation.

• Day-to-Day management and servicing of a leading portfolio of Digital Creators & Multi-Hyphenate Talent, including the oversight & the servicing of all their media, commercial, and other related partnership commitments.

• Development, and execution of talent’s strategic career objectives, including their brand, media, commercial & content strategy.

• Identifying, procuring, negotiating, & servicing commercial revenue generating opportunities for talent including brand ambassadorships and campaigns, media partnerships, appearances, licensing & merchandising opportunities (including the preparation of sales and marketing presentations, meeting with agencies and prospective brand/commercial partners).

• Recruitment of clients to the domestic and international IMG Talent & WME roster.

• Achievement of annual talent revenue & recruitment targets.

• Identification and development of new business opportunities for the Australian Talent & broader WME Group.  

You Have These:

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience working in industry related roles including - Talent Management, PR, Marketing & Influencer agencies, or in brand marketing / talent adjacent roles, related to the fashion/ luxury/ & beauty industries.
