Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Manager, Data & Analytics to help build our internal reporting infrastructure. This is a high-impact role that blends hands-on dashboard development with strategic analytics leadership. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across talent, brand partnerships, digital strategy, and operations to deliver insights that drive business performance and unlock growth opportunities, reporting to the Director, Data & Analytics.
This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts analyst, storyteller, and strategist—comfortable digging into data, building reporting solutions, and influencing decision-making at the executive level, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Amplitude, while helping evolve analytics practices and data foundations over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that support departments such as talent representation, partnerships, content, finance, and operations.
- Lead recurring and ad hoc reporting initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and clarity.
- Define and standardize KPIs across departments, aligning reporting with agency-wide goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, business affairs, finance, and executive leadership to identify reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to ensure best-in-class data visualization and reporting capabilities.
- Drive data literacy and enablement across the agency by training teams on dashboards and tools.
- Monitor data quality and work with data engineers and external vendors (if applicable) to resolve discrepancies or technical issues.
- Present key insights and trends to senior leaders, helping inform business strategy, client performance reviews, and pitch materials.
- Lead or mentor junior analysts and collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, finance, marketing, and ops.
Qualifications:
- 6–10 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and SQL.
- Advanced Excel and data modeling skills.
- Proven experience developing dashboards, visualizations, and reports that influence business decisions.
- Experience working in a media, entertainment, or talent agency environment preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into data solutions.
- Experience working in a complex, multi-business or multinational organization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience leading or mentoring analytics/reporting team members is a plus.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$120,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:
