Barista

Job Title: Barista, Commissary Back of House

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

The Barista is responsible for operating coffee equipment, greeting and interacting with guests, proficient in latte art, pour over service and a strong knowledge of our menu offerings.

As a Barista, primary responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks in accordance with customer preference and company recipes.
• Operating coffee equipment with efficiency (grinders, espresso machines, and brewers).
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including equipment, tables, and counters.
• Greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payment transactions with the utmost customer service.
• Stocking and maintaining inventory of ingredients and beverage supplies.
• Engaging in friendly conversation with customers and making recommendations accurately.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and high-quality customer service.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Position Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience (1-2 years) required 
• Knowledge of TOAST POS system.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills required.
• CA Food Handlers Card preferred.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:

$15.96 hourly

Hiring Range Maximum:

$17.00 hourly
