Agent Assistant, Golf

WME is a leading entertainment agency representing the world’s greatest artists, content creators and talent across books, digital media, film, food, music, sports, television and theater. Responsibilities:

• Assist agent in all professional administrative matters.
• Ensure clients and client businesses are handled appropriately.
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendar.
• Track deals and associated tasks.
• Junior account management responsibilities for assigned talent and consulting clientaccounts
• Track deals and associated tasks, including (but not limited to) client obligations and payment schedules
• Work to learn the ways WME Sports Golf division and Endeavor flywheel can connect todeliver quality work for our clients 
• Take initiative in supporting across the consulting portfolio
• Other job-related duties as specified by your manager and client business
• Some travel may be required

Experience Required:

• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Basic computer skills are mandatory.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Suite is mandatory.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
• Former Assistant experience is a plus.
• Comfort in client facing presentations and social situations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• General knowledge and keen interest of sports industry, especially golf
• Must be personable with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times—role is client-facing.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously and spearhead delegated tasks.
• Dependable and proactive. Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently.
• Knowledge of the Endeavor architecture is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and spearhead delegated tasks.
