Administration/General Management: Administrative/Executive Assistant
Dates of Hire:  March 19th-April 5th
Hours:  7:30 am – 7:30pm

  • Oversee the administration of meal cards for all departments except volunteers, players and media.
  • Liaise with meal card administrators for other areas.
  • Liaise with the credential department as needed. 
  • Update departmental lists obtained from the various department managers for meal card fulfillment each morning.
  • Update each of the programs on a daily basis for each department.
  • Resolve any discrepancies with tournament guests as they arise throughout the course of the day.
  • Constantly review program lists to ensure all individuals are included in the correct programs.
  • Coordinate any sponsor requests for meal card value and submit rebills at the end of the tournament. 
  • Run tournament reports on a daily basis and save for inclusion in the management reports.
