What You’ll Do:

IMG are looking for a Production Coordinator to join the Saudi Pro League production team based in Riyadh. In this role you will be responsible for key production co-ordination and assistance for the Saudi Pro League Live Matches. 

You will work as part of the team responsible for logistics and cost tracking, to ensure smooth running of production, working in the office and on-site at Outside Broadcasts for the live matches.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We are only considering Saudi Nationals at this time.

  • This is a full-time fixed contract until 1st October 2026 based in our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

  • This role will require working weekends and unsocial hours and you will be required to travel within KSA to various match locations/stadiums.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • To provide key production assistance and co-ordination support across SPL 25/26 season production, working alongside the Production Manager to support the Production team, both in the office and on-site at live match OBs

  • Duties include booking and organising crew, onboarding and creating Work Orders on payment portal and scheduling

  • Liaison with third parties and processing invoices (eg Suppliers), as required

  • Organising shoots and Outside Broadcasts, arranging any clearances/film permits and any associated travel/accommodation and post-production bookings

  • Liaising with internal departments (e.g. legal, HR, finance, immigration) to assist with securing all visas and work permits, as required.

  • Creating and distributing detailed call sheets and Risk Assessments and being point of contact for crew

  • Cost tracking daily and keeping track of relevant costs with the Accounts Assistant. Processing invoices and raising purchase orders.

  • Trouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the production manager; supervising production assistants and runners as necessary

  • Completing post-production paperwork, including Music Cue sheets and PAPs and clearing Archive footage and Music where applicable

  • Working with the production team to set and achieve sustainability targets, including monitoring and completion of albert Carbon Footprint and Carbon Action Plans, as well as supporting the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives

  • Being point of contact for internal and external clients

  • Supervising media management and helping to establish workflows

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Previous experience as established Production Coordinator

  • Previous experience of working in an Outside Broadcast environment

  • Experience of booking freelance crew and organising shoots

  • Experience of cost tracking and producing small production budgets

  • Experience of producing call sheets

  • Experience of dealing with Health and Safety paperwork and Risk Assessments

  • Safe Management of Productions Health & Safety training

  • BAFTA/Albert Sustainable Production training or equivalent First Aid trained
