Working Conditions:

  • Fixed Term Contract till 31st October 2026

  • London, Stockley Park (Uxbridge)

  • Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

What You'll Do:

  • Providing accounting support to the production team – including the following:

  • Completing the monthly update of the actual expenditure for the Production Cost Reports and helping Production Managers to analyze and explain their budget variances.

  • Ensuring that all production costs are recharged to the relevant projects each month.

  • Business partnering the Production teams

  • Ensuring that vendor invoices are properly coded, authorized and processed for payment

  • Liaising with Accounts Payable on all Payables issues – dealing with vendor enquiries etc.

  • Requesting new vendor set up via vendor governance.

  • Supporting corporate finance and production with reconciling expenditure incurred on production credit cards

  • Assisting with T&E expenses for all relevant staff using the SAP and concur systems

  • Raising Client Invoices using the SOL system for ad hoc projects and Broadcaster clients

  • Dealing with any other ad hoc production related finance matters as required

  • Liaising with accounting staff in other departments on all the above

  • Post May 2026, being part of the team that will close and reconcile the end of the PLP contract, chasing suppliers for final invoices, closing down projects and assisting credit control in chasing debtors.

You Have These:

Knowledge and Experience

Mandatory 

  • Must be numerate and able to organise and deal with multiple tasks and determine priorities.

  • Must be able to work without close supervision and have the initiative to deal with problems as they arise or refer them to supervisors for further investigation

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the television programme production business

  • An interest in the Premier League

Skills and Abilities

Mandatory 

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages specifically Excel

  • Previous experience in an accounting / finance environment

  • Mathematically competent

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the SAP accounting system

Qualifications and Training

Mandatory 

  • Minimum of A level education or equivalent

Desirable

  • Studying for a recognised accounting qualification

  • Knowledge of the television programme production business

  • Knowledge of the SAP accounting system

Aptitudes

Mandatory 

  • Must be flexible and adaptable and prepared to work as part of a team and occasionally, irregular hours

  • Organised with an ability to prioritise

  • Good verbal and written communications skills

  • Proven experience of working as part of a large team
