What You’ll Do:
Get ready to bring digital campaigns to life! You’ll dream up creative ideas, plan and run social media and marketing projects, and work with awesome designers, video editors, and community managers across the globe. You’ll track results, share insights with clients, and stay ahead of the latest trends.
Basically, you’ll help turn great ideas into campaigns that make an impact—while having fun doing it!

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Generating ideas and then planning and implementing digital marketing and social media campaigns on behalf of clients
Briefing and managing social media community managers in multiple countries / multiple projects
Managing content production including working with graphic designers and video editors
Responsible for content planning and evaluation of results including KPI tracking
Audience and market research (primarily desk research using sources provided by the company)
Project management and milestone tracking to meet deadlines
Writing reports for delivery to clients, including media performance and insights
Understanding the latest digital trends, and reporting this back to the wider team
Skills and Abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels and, when necessary, present ideas
Good editorial judgement, in terms of knowing what digital content is good and why
Organised with an ability to meet fixed deadlines
Strong initiative and willingness to be flexible in approach to achieve desired outcomes
A client-focused mindset
Ability to learn new skills and share knowledge
An interest in all forms of digital media
Knowledge and Experience
Experience working with social and digital media and a perspective on the impact of all leading Western platforms (e.g. IG, FB, X, TikTok, etc.)
An understanding of digital marketing – this could be from previous full-time roles or from passion projects (e.g. personal podcasts, blogs, social media channels, websites and apps, content production or commercial)
Previous experience in client-facing roles or experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders within an organisation
Experience with content planning, production, and publishing across multiple platforms and channels
Excellent editing and writing skills with the ability to devise and edit content for various digital platforms
A knowledge and passion for sport
Working Conditions
The work location is Chiswick Park, London.
This is a permanent contract.
Working hours are 9-5 pm with occasional work outside of working hours where necessary for the business.
