Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Drive the further development and growth of the Team ONE Girls Programs; responsible for retaining the current programming, travel teams, and growing the club's youth base. 
• Coach and oversee the creation and execution of clinics, camps, recreational programs, and team training
• Assist in the organization and execution of administrative tasks and communications associated with the Girls Programs
• On field responsibilities: involved with coaching and overseeing all Girls Teams development and lead the management of coaching staff
• Responsible for coaching, managing and executing Team ONE Girls tournaments/events (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer)
• Manage and field all client inquires, concerns, requests, and questions
• Organize and lead the creation of practice planning, player development plans, designing and implementing innovative lacrosse curriculums
• Assist in coaches' education development and implementation
• Build and maintain relationships with student athletes, families, and local communities
• Responsible for the Girls Spring Programming and Community teams, in addition to the Fall, Winter, Summer traditional travel team schedule
• Responsible for the sales and marketing of regional programming and extra programs
• Assist in building strong lacrosse network to further establish programming and recruiting
• Work and collaborate with the Team ONE Girls leadership to maintain consistency in curriculum, development, and experience across all regions and levels of the Club

Minimum Qualifications:
• Previous coaching experience at the club and/or college level, preferably in a leadership position 
• Demonstrated organizational, managerial, communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills 
• Ability to work late afternoons/evenings and weekend hours 
• Must pass a criminal background check, possess a valid driver's license, and have adequate transportation 
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S
