About Bigfoot Hoops
Bigfoot Hoops is a leading youth basketball organization dedicated to creating high-level competition and exposure opportunities for athletes across the country. We host nationwide tournaments and events that bring together some of the top youth basketball programs, coaches, and players in the country.
Our events provide athletes with opportunities to compete at a high level while gaining valuable exposure to college coaches and scouts.

What You'll Do:
- Communicate directly with coaches, teams, and customers while selling tournament and event opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with coaches, programs, facilities, and basketball organizations.
- Work alongside Bigfoot leadership on market strategy, including season scheduling, facility planning, event growth, and new market opportunities.
- Assist with planning and scheduling multiple basketball events throughout the season.
- Support NCAA compliance efforts for recruiting events.
- Manage team registration, payments, and customer communication.
- Assist with venue and facility setup, tournament operations, and event breakdown.
- Serve as a Site Director and onsite leader at Bigfoot Hoops tournaments.
- Travel throughout the United States to support major basketball events and tournaments.
- Attend basketball industry and networking events.
- Coordinate equipment and supplies to ensure each event is properly prepared and supported.
- Maintain organized inventory and equipment systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and make real-time decisions in a fast-paced event environment.
- Work closely with Bigfoot leadership and event staff to ensure a high-quality experience for teams, coaches, players, and families.
- Contribute to revenue growth through sales, customer relationships, and event participation.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A degree or current studies in Sport Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong interest in basketball and the sports business industry.
- A desire to grow into a leadership role within the sports industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- The willingness to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends during tournament season.
- The ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the United States.
- Previous experience in sports, event management, sales, customer service, or athletics is a plus.
