Program Director Contractor – Fall 2026 Season – Swarm Basketball
LOCATIONS NEEDED: Central Mass
Swarm Basketball, a 3STEP Sports brand, is seeking an energetic and organized Program Director Contractor to help lead and grow our basketball programs during the Fall 2026 season.
Founded in 2008, Swarm has grown into the largest club basketball organization in the country, serving boys and girls in grades 3–12 across 17 regional locations in 13 states. Learn more at Swarm Basketball.
Responsibilities
- Oversee seasonal program operations and logistics
- Recruit, support, and develop coaching staff
- Assist with player evaluations, team formation, and roster management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for coaches and families
- Ensure a positive experience for athletes, parents, and staff
- Support program growth and community engagement initiatives
- Start date: 8/1 (begins with tryouts)
- End date: First week of November 11/9 (subject to change)
Qualifications
- Experience in coaching, athletic administration, program management, or youth sports leadership
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Passion for youth development and basketball
- AAU or travel basketball experience preferred
Compensation
