We’re hiring Facilities Operations Staff at the Fieldhouse Sudbury. This role requires a commitment of at least 18-20 hours per week, including weekends, with the option to work up to 30 hours. Typical shifts include:

  • Monday – Friday: 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • Weekend shifts: 6:00 am – 2pm; 2pm-10pm
  • Flexibility in scheduling

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Management: Assist with daily operations, including opening/closing the facility, setting up/taking down sports equipment, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Answer questions from athletes, families, and internal 3STEP brands.
  • Safety: Ensure a safe environment and that all required paperwork/waivers are completed.

  • Dependability: Be on time and responsible, as you're often the first point of contact.
  • Reliability: Show up consistently, even early, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communication: Be proactive and clear in communicating with team members and supervisors.
