Position Summary
Responsible for delivering exceptional service and operation support to premium clients, including suite owners and suite club members for Tepper Sports & entertainment. By providing first-class communication while serving as the point person for account maintenance, special events, and annual touchpoint programs. In addition, daily management of customer service including, but not limited to renewals, specialized service program and event management.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Suite and Suite Club Members, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and service needs.
  • Assist in the execution and tracking of Suite & Suite Club transactions, including processing paperwork and client communication.
  • Coordinate the planning, production, and distribution of key premium client materials, including:
    • Ticket invoices and deliveries
    • Premium gift programs
    • Member events and touchpoints
  • Support strategic renewal efforts for Luxury Suite and Suite Club Members, including database updates, outbound communication, and follow-up.
  • Help coordinate logistics and on-site execution of premium member events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Collaborate with the stadium’s concessionaire and internal operations teams to address suite and club-level service needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of premium inventory, sales activity, and payments
  • Provide operational support to the Premium team in meeting departmental goals, including retention and service standards.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting game day responsibilities, special projects, and other tasks as assigned.
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of ticket services experience, collegiate, or professional level
  • Experience with KORE and Archtics ticketing system
  • Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment (mostly office environment, outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions).
