Position Summary
The Ticket Operations Assistant position will assist with the daily customer service and account maintenance for all PSL and Club Seat Owners.  The position will act on behalf of the Carolina Panthers in a customer service and sales-oriented role while professionally representing the Carolina Panthers and providing the highest form of customer service.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and vendors, including relationship building, day-to-day operations, written correspondence, phone calls, account inquiries, appointment scheduling, follow-up, etc.
  • Provide support to all areas of the Ticketing Department, including Ticket Operations, Suites, Marketing and Hospitality, Sales, and Services.
  • Liaison between the Ticket Office and the 3rd party PSL resale and transfer marketplace; approving or denying all listings and transfers.
  • Utilize Ticketmaster’s Archtics and Host systems, including customer service to season ticket accounts and selling single-game tickets.
  • Become knowledgeable of Ticketmaster’s Presence entrance system and scanners and provide post-event reporting on entrance data.
  • Develop an understanding of customer accounts, billing, money flow, deadlines, and ticket printing.
  • Will be knowledgeable with all products, including, but not limited to, Single Game Tickets, Group Sales, PSLs, Club Seats, Luxury Suites, and Hospitality Suites.
  • Assist in scheduling and communicating with the Game Day Ticket Office staff.
  • Administrative duties, including filing, answering phones, and providing support to the Ticketing Department
  • Assists with all functions of the Ticket Office, including but not limited to ticket sales, phone calls, written correspondence, programs, etc.
  • Game day, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least one year of Ticketing experience
  • Must have strong customer service skills.
  • Must have strong teamwork skills and maintain professional and effective working relationships with co-workers, management, clients, fans, vendors, etc.
  • Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Must pass pre-employment screens.
  • Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully and with sensitivity.

  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask while managing time successfully.
  • Works well under pressure and is flexible when necessary.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 
Physical Requirements
  • Standing for extended periods of time
  • Walking throughout the stadium, which may include stairs.
  • Lift at least 30 pounds
 
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment (mostly office environment, outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions).
