We are looking for Sr. Manager of Account Management to join our family!
 
This position will be responsible for further developing, maintaining, generating, and increasing corporate partnerships with a strong focus on relationship sales and client retention. This person must provide extensive customer service and continual development of relationships with customers, co-workers, and corporate partners. This role will helm the overall success of the Account Management Team, and will act as the liaison between multiple partner contacts and internal departments.

Responsibilities
  1. Works collaboratively across departments and collaborators, internally and externally, for partner approvals, alignment of programs, and initiatives.
  2. Analyzes research findings and identifies activation concepts that align with the brand, supports partners’ marketing objectives, and spurs positive results.
  3. Develop engaging and impactful renewal plans and presentations that are associated with contract renewals.
  4. Confident personality with experience driving coordinated execution across a team.
  5. Develop and attain personal strategies, training, procedures, and achieve revenue goals to increase sales for Spurs Sports & Entertainment.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in advertising or partnerships sales. Bachelor degree in related field preferred
  • Outstanding experience in building, developing, leading teams with purpose
  • Knowledge of sponsorship and media sales (including digital media)
  • Strong in communication, writing, and the ability to work well cross-functionally with deft customer service skills
  • Keen attention to detail and foresight to prepare for all outcomes, and elucidate problem against pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills
