The Senior Manager, Sales & Service for the Austin Spurs is responsible for leading all aspects of season ticket sales, membership services, and fan experience initiatives. This role oversees both sales and service representatives to ensure the successful acquisition and retention of season ticket members and group clients, while also elevating fan experiences and membership programs. This person must be a dynamic leader with experience coaching sales and service teams, implementing strategies to drive revenue and retention, and fostering a culture of excellence that reflects SSE’s core values. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement sales, service, and retention strategies to increase season ticket member satisfaction, retention, and revenue for all tiers of memberships for the Austin Spurs. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, digital, creative, analytics) to create and execute revenue-driving campaigns. 
  • Lead the planning and execution of fan and member events, benefit programs, gifting, and personalized engagement touchpoints while evaluating fan feedback and data to improve member experience. 
  • Coach, lead, and support a team of sales and service professionals. Sets performance metrics and utilizes data to monitor and improve results. 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of CRM data management systems, Ticketmaster Archtics, Microsoft Office Suite, Artificial Intelligence, and other digital tools to guide team efforts and reporting. 

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a managerial role within ticket sales or service, preferably in sports or entertainment.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.
  • Advanced experience in Ticketmaster Archtics and CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in sales strategy, service retention, and team leadership.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events as needed (20% remote/80% on-site commitment).

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods.
  • Constant finger dexterity is required to use a computer keyboard to complete tasks.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to work in an arena environment with variable lighting, noise levels, and crowds.
