We are looking for a Sales Enablement Representative to join our team! The Sales Enablement Representative will have the opportunity to learn the business side of sports sales operations firsthand for the San Antonio Spurs. This position will work directly with the San Antonio Spurs Sales Department and be responsible for dealing with various aspects of the day-to-day sales operations such as game nights, sales events, marketing, community events, and general office duties supporting Season Ticket Memberships, Group Sales and Premium Sales. This includes working collaboratively with Ticketing Directors and management and other departments to align strategy and processes across departments. This person must be a highly organized professional that can collaborate and coordinate activities and groups within different teams. This is a part-time, seasonal position that will conclude at the end of the 2025-2026 NBA season. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist the Ticketing Department with game night duties including set up sales tables / pregame events, meeting and escorting clients, and preparing sales collateral folders and incentive gifts
  • Support planning and implementation of sales events, including prospecting and client engagement activations.
  • Provide operational and administrative assistance for ticketing programs, including data entry, reporting, and customer follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and community engagement teams to support outreach and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental efforts to align sales strategies and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Help maintain accurate records, inventory, and documentation related to sales initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to help improve the overall fan experience and sales process.

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing or recently earned a degree in Sports Management, Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Archtics, CRM Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive individual capable of working independently on multiple assignments.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Comfortable adapting to dynamic priorities and fast-paced work environments
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, including during events and game nights.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (e.g., gameday and event setup).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may require frequent movement throughout an arena or office setting.
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, which may include varying weather conditions.
  • Use of a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods
