We are looking for a Partnership Activation Coordinator to join our team! This position will oversee all aspects associated with the implementation, activation, reporting and delivery of assigned Global Partnerships accounts, and will ensure that all elements of assigned sponsorship accounts are fulfilled using the highest level of customer service. This person will service and deal with a diverse group of important clients and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels; independent judgement is required to plan, prioritize and organize the diversified workload. This position must support the organization’s mission, vision, and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence and competence, collaboration, and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with driving revenue in key categories with upsells and renewals.
  • Utilize client objectives and goals to research, create, develop, implement, and evaluate promotional platforms and partnership strategies in accordance with internal and external guidelines.
  • Responsible for client satisfaction, which are significant parts of SS&E’s brand identification for its customers.
  • Implement, activate, and track all assigned partner contracts to ensure that all elements are fulfilled, executed and reported accurately in regard to proposals, contracts, budgets, and other account details in CRM. 
  • Use independent judgment to assist, support and coordinate with internal departments in regard to all aspects of promoting and managing all SS&E Franchise properties and other department responsibilities; including but not limited to, special projects and planning.
  • Assist Manager of Partnership Activation with departmental processes and ensure that all sponsor elements are fulfilled efficiently and effectively as assigned by Manager or Director
  • Other duties as assigned.


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support multiple high level positions.
  • Strong teamwork aptitude required.
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong good oral and written communication skills and have the ability to work independently, and coordinate multiple tasks.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for extended periods (e.g., at a desk or computer workstation)
  • Standing and walking occasionally (e.g., moving to other areas of the office)
  • Lifting and carrying light items (usually up to 10–25 lbs, such as files, office supplies, or small office equipment)
  • Reaching, bending, or crouching occasionally (e.g., to access low file drawers)
  • Fine motor skills (e.g., typing, writing, using a mouse, handling documents)
