Overview

We are seeking an experienced ticketing or analysis professional to join our family!

They will lead a new division within the Ticket Operations department focused on delivering strategic and impactful insights into our customer’s ticket buying experience. Additionally, you lead the team in efforts to design, develop, and maintain metrics, reports, dashboards, etc. to drive key ticketing business decisions and maximize revenue opportunities for our organization. Our ideal candidate will use their relationship building skills to partner cross functionally with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners. Does this sound like a fit for you? Responsibilities
  • Manage the growth and development for the team and indirectly provide leadership for departments cross functionally.
  • Collaborate across multiple partners daily to develop sales strategies including but not limited to, Spurs’ single game pricing/inventory, ticket promotion, and introducing new ticket sales technologies, etc.
  • Implement measures and processes which values data integrity, increases system functionality, and ensures consistent database management that aligns existing ticketing system information for the purposes of maximizing reporting capabilities and automation.
  • Lead all aspects of, develop, and initiate ticket forecasting process generation. Collaborate with key business partners to understand how ticket strategies will affect demand, and design logic to reflect strategies in the forecast. Automate processes that contribute to metrics in forecasting dashboards where needed. Recommend new solutions where appropriate.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience in a sports/entertainment sales and/or ticket operations, Business Analytics, or Pricing background with hiring/leading people preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, statistics, mathematics, or a field related to analytical business studies, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel required
  • Experience with Ticketmaster (or similar ticket system), CRM, and/or Pricing system background highly preferred
  • Experience with BI/Visual Analytics Tools such as Tableau and Power BI preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays vital to support a sports season.
  • 80% of job can be performed remotely/20% to be performed on site
  • Ability to sit/work at a computer in an arena setting for potentially long periods of time.
