As the Manager of Partnership Optimization you will serve as a key member of the new Partnership Brand Lab team and will play a critical role in leading all aspects of partnership CRM, rate card construction, pipeline tracking, internal and league reporting. The person in this role will integrate closely with partnership sales and account management to be responsible for pricing strategy and deal efficiency using league best practices and resources. They will monitor, analyze, and optimize sales opportunities to increase revenue and efficiency across all of our assets and facilities. Does this sound like a fit for you? Responsibilities
  • Develop, lead, and implement a system of precesses that optimize the input and output of sales and account management pipeline and progress.
  • Organize and supervise efficiencies in packaging and pricing that maximize the mutual benefits of current and future partnerships including revenue, expenses, and yield through the analysis of internal and external best practices.
  • Analyze and design continual multi-channel rate card reconstruction to ensure team maintains league and industry competitiveness to expand opportunities with prospective partners and across active relationships.

Qualifications
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, some holidays, and event nights
  • 5-10 years’ experience in advertising, agency or marketing partnerships.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions that generate business development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 80% of job can be performed remotely/20% will be onsite as needed or on a seasonal basis.
