IT Support Coordinator

Location: San Antonio, TX (On-site) / Non-Exempt

 

Job Summary

Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our family! The person in this role is responsible for analyzing and solving computer problems for our employees, and fulfilling new hardware/software, and peripheral requests. Our ideal candidate will be customer service-focused and have the ability to work independently. Additionally, they will maintain confidential documents and files, handle various tasks, maintain a professional demeanor and positive demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment. Will be responsible for fully managing the end-to-end new hire onboarding process. Does this sound like an opportunity for you? Supervisory Responsibilities: None

 

Who You Are:

• Associates degree in Computer Information Support or related field 

• 4 years of experience in IT Support (Experience can be substituted for education). 

• Possess deep technical skills and troubleshooting techniques; have a detailed understanding of Windows and Apple Operating Systems. 

• Proficient in Office 365, Azure and in Active Directory with hybrid environment knowledge preferred. 

• Highly flexible and adaptable 

• Possess a professional and positive demeanor, while maintaining a high level of responsiveness. 

• Possess proficient interpersonal skills and can handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.

• Strong teamwork competence required.

 

What You’ll Do:

Duties/Responsibilities (Essential Duties are noted with an (E) at the end of the duty)

• Serve as first-point-of-contact for SS&E users and delivers required training for SS&E employees. (E)

• Ability to maintain IT documentation, including the IT Huddle page and internal knowledge base resources, to support operational consistency and team efficiency. (E)

• Setup, configure, troubleshoot, and analyze enterprise-wide software and computer hardware and applications. (E)

• Assist with the development and facilitation of IT required training for SS&E employees. (E)

• Manage the onboarding process, which includes account creation, and setting up their computer and apps needed for the job role. (E)

• Manage User offboarding (E)

• Collaborate with other IT department team members to maintain standards and functionality. (E)

• Keeps records of assets, plans for and schedule hardware replacements as necessary. (E)

• Assists with Vendor and License management for applications within SS&E (E) 

• Expected to answer service desk tickets using ticketing system (E)
