The People Analytics & HRIS Administration Analyst will support our Human Resources Information System (Dayforce) and broader People Analytics initiatives by connecting systems, architecting clean and scalable data structures, and transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights and visualizations. This role will elevate how teams access and use people data across the organization by, ensuring data integrity, reducing manual work through automation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and enhancing the employee experience through thoughtful, tech-enabled solutions.

The analyst will serve as a key technical partner and bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and other business units to guide strategic decision making.

What You’ll Do:  

  • HRIS & Data Architecture 
  • Design, maintain, and optimize data architecture and data flows within and surrounding Dayforce.
  • Build pipelines to move, transform, and harmonize data across systems (HRIS, recruiting tools, finance/payroll, etc.).
  • Understands how data and workflows impact the business and can recommend system enhancements accordingly.
  • Ensure system configurations and data structures support business processes and reporting needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HRIS data governance, security roles, and audit compliance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting 
  • Supports the development of dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations using BI tools
  • Create automated and ad hoc reports related to payroll, workforce planning, benefits, recruiting, training, and employee engagement.
  • Build processes to support the People Business Partner’s data hygiene activities and assist with system changes as needed.

Who You Are:    

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Systems, HR Technology, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, HRIS support, or similar technical role.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience with at least one additional language (Python, R, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS platforms.
  • Experience designing data models, integrations, and API-based data flows.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports using modern BI tools

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with Dayforce reporting tools (Data API, Payroll/HR modules, Dayforce Insights).
  • Experience in HR analytics (turnover modeling, labor cost forecasting, headcount planning).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of HR processes such as payroll, recruiting, benefits, and performance management.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Frequently operates a computer and other office equipment.
  • Occasionally required to move within the office and attend events.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
