The Event Services Associate supports the Event Services department with a primary focus on coordinating and monitoring special events at Frost Bank Center. This role partners with internal teams and external clients to help plan, execute, and recap events while ensuring alignment with SS&E’s mission, values, and service standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering a best-in-class guest and client experience.
What You’ll Do:

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Event Services team, including task management, scheduling, communication, client correspondence, and documentation.

Monitor and support special events at Frost Bank Center, serving as an on-site representative of Event Services.

Assist with planning and execution of VIP experiences and concert-related events.

Support event lifecycle processes, including pre-event walkthroughs, operational planning meetings, real-time event communication, client oversight, and post-event recaps.

Collect, track, and organize event-related financial documentation and billing information.

Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and reconciliation as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned to support department and organizational goals.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Sports Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, venue operations, or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events (up to 6–8 hours)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to navigate stairs, ramps, and various areas of the arena
- Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced, and high-traffic environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
