This position will provide support to the Business Strategy, Innovation and Data Operations Department with their sales reporting and CRM responsibilities. The CRM Coordinator will assist the Assoc Manager of CRM with various administrative tasks related to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. This position will oversee the distribution of sales leads and managing pipelines of various sales departments along with championing the user adaptation of the CRM system through new user onboarding and ongoing training initiatives. 

 

What You'll Do:

  • Sales and Service Campaign Management – Assist with lead distribution process and monitor campaigns throughout the duration for tracking and determination of campaign ROI. 
  • Training – Train new hires in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and bolster user adoption through continual training. Continually add to our stock of resources for users to rely on when learning new processes. 
  • Data Integrity – Collect and import data from a variety of sources while ensuring data hygiene standards are maintained. Oversee ongoing duplicate detection jobs to ensure integrity of all data entered in the CRM system. 
  • Record Updating – Assist sales and service teams across all franchises with bulk updating of CRM records for tracking touchpoints, benefits, and member events.  
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the CRM system to enhance user experience, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across departments. 
 

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 
  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience 
  • Experience working with CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred) 
  • Experience with Hosted Archtics/TM preferred 
  • Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) is a plus 
  • Understanding of CRM as it relates to sales, marketing and email marketing functionalities 
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools, and a desire to explore problem-solving and creating efficiency utilizing AI.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support multiple high-level positions. 
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information. 
  • Strong customer service skills required. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • The ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks. 
  • Must have the ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
